Couples Photography Sessions

Are you looking for a couples photographer based in Berkshire?

Hi, I'm Jade and I'm a couples photographer based just outside of Hungerford, in Berkshire, also covering surrounding areas such as Wiltshire, Oxfordshire & Hampshire.

Are you looking for beautiful images that capture your relationship and personalities in the most authentic way? I'm the photographer for you! My couples sessions are as much about making memories as they are capturing them. Using prompts and light posing to capture authentic, emotional images, your session will feel relaxed and almost like you're going for a walk with a friend - a friend that just so happens to bring their camera along.

Every couples session is different... why? Because they are tailored to you.

All of my couples are sent a questionnaire in advance of their session. This helps me to understand more about you both as a couple and as individuals. I also gain an understanding of what you do and don't feel comfortable with, what you're hoping to get out of the session and any insecurities to be aware of.

This is really important to me as I want to give you the best experience possible. You can then relax and enjoy the experience with your loved one, trusting that I'm already aware of all the important details.

If you'd like to know more about what a couples session could look like for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch via the contact page on my website or by dropping me a message on Instagram. I'd love to chat with you!

FAQ's

What can we expect on the day of our couples session?

I will explain everything you need to know before we start your session. The best part? You can't get it wrong! Using fun prompts and light posing, I like to capture a mixture of candid and traditional portraits.

Every couple will be sent a pre-session questionnaire after booking, which helps me to understand more about you as a couple and what you're hoping to get from your session. This helps me to tailor the shoot to you and to ensure the gallery best reflects your personalities and relationship.

You will also receive a Welcome Guide which gives you more information about what to expect on the day, as well as some hints and tips for how to choose your outfits.

If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

How long does it take to receive our digital gallery?

I aim to deliver your digital gallery to you within 4 weeks of your session date.

How do we access our photos?

Once I've edited all of the photos from your session, I will email you a personalised link for you to click on, which will take you straight to your gallery. From here, you will be able to view and download all of your images.

How many images will we receive?

You will receive a minimum of 50 photos from your couples session.

What if it rains?

On the lead up to your session date, I will be keeping an eye on the weather. Yep, that's right... part-time photographer, part-time weather watcher! If it looks like the weather is going to be wet, we will pencil in a new date as a back-up. Don't worry, we will get your session done - but sometimes we just have to accept that the British weather isn't always on our side!

Are your sessions suitable for someone who isn't confident in front of the camera?

Absolutely! Even as a photographer, I can relate to this so much. Filling out your pre-session questionnaire will help me get to know you better and understand what you do and don't feel comfortable with. My main goal is to make you feel relaxed and at ease during your session. I'll give you clear prompts and gentle directions to help capture beautiful, authentic images.

What is your editing style?

I would describe my editing style as being natural and true to colour.

Who owns the copyright to the images?

Legally, I own the copyright to the images that I capture. However, you can print your images and share them amongst family / friends and on social media for your own personal use. Please note, you may not edit the images in any way (such as applying an instagram filter). As a photographer, I spend hours perfecting your final gallery, and any images I deliver are a true representation of my work.

Can we edit our own images?

No, I don't allow any amendments / edits to be made (including applying any filters). This is because as a photographer, I spend hours perfecting your final gallery, and any images I deliver are a true representation of my work.
